Wayne has over 20 years as a Director including HR roles in the training and education industry serving a range of sectors such as Hospitality, Clothing and Textiles, Waste Management, Extractives and Mineral Processing and the Land based sector with five years as MD of Lantra Awards (A training and qualification organisation in the Land based Sector) before taking up his current post at the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) the largest Trade Association for Landscapers, Gardeners, Garden Designers and suppliers to the Industry (whose members combined turnover stands at over £4.8bn) as the current Director and Chief Operations Officer.
Many of BALI’s members work in the Parks and Green Spaces industry and form working partnerships with local organisations such as Local Authorities, Housing Associations and community Groups.
